Subscription and cancellation information

Current pilot

Brakan is a private pilot. Pilot accounts are not paying subscriptions, and publication of proposed prices does not create a right to a future plan or price.

Proposed structure

• Prices displayed to UK customers include VAT where applicable.
• Bands are based on active tenancies.
• Monthly plans are billed monthly; annual plans are paid upfront at ten times the monthly rate, equivalent to two months free over a full year.
• Core includes manual records and Brakan-template CSV imports; direct bank exports, PDF bank imports and live bank feeds are outside the current scope.
• Ordinary portfolio sizes use published prices; custom pricing is limited to optional migration, integrations, training or dedicated support.

Before billing opens

Brakan will publish the supplier’s legal identity, geographic and contact address, company or trading details, VAT status, payment provider, billing frequency, trial rules, renewal date, cancellation method, service start, minimum commitment, failed-payment grace period, refund rights, price-change notice and any applicable statutory cancellation information before a customer can pay.

No silent changes

No customer will be charged during the pilot. A later launch will require clear acceptance of the commercial terms at checkout. Material changes will be notified in advance and recorded by version.
