What counts?
An active tenancy is a current letting agreement. Archived and future tenancies do not move you into a higher band.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are paid upfront at ten times the monthly price, giving two months free compared with paying monthly for a full year.
What costs extra?
Only optional bespoke work—such as bulk migration, custom integrations, training or dedicated support. Normal portfolio access follows the public ladder.
